Our goal is simple;
create a safe and fun environmentfor pets and their families.

Especially 4 Pets is a family-owned and operated local store in Calgary.  A mother and son partnership, with Zack Baxter leading dog care aspects of the business, and Robyn managing the business functions.

Zack has experienced how the companionship of a dog can change a person's life, and how empathy & patience,  discipline & obedience can change theirs.  Zack approaches the business with a strong emphasis on Quality of Care.  Having worked in a facility with hundreds of kennels and others with less than 50, he has learned the best methods to manage a pack, and the need for process discipline to ensure a healthy environment, motivating his team to ensure the needs of all guests are met.  

Personalized care and regular staffing mean the person you're meeting at drop-off is the person who is spending time with your pet. Photographs and videos of the days activity are uploaded daily to Instagram and Facebook

This same commitment to care is applied to the retail store.  Products are vetted to ensure they provide healthy dietary options, with supplements and toys selected to support both physical and cognitive health.   You can be confident your pet only receives the healthiest choices and the best nutrition possible with our products.

We are proud to offer grooming services, featuring the talents and experience of William Scales, who has been grooming pets for more than 10 years.  His experience and calm, reassuring energy align well with our goal.

Our commitment to safety, respect and fun permeates all aspects of our business, including how we deal with our clients, our staff and our vendors. We have loved getting to know the pups in our care and their families.
